Waterford Lakes

Waterford Lakes is a deed-restricted community in east Orange County, less than 4 miles from UCF.  It dates back to 1992 and has continued to develop over the years. Nowadays, there are about  25 subdivisions and more than 3,100 homes.

Waterford Lakes was built on the rich traditions of small-town life. It has Tree-lined streets, lakes, and flourishing landscaping. All the nearby schools, shops and professional services were designed to make you feel you are in a small-town America. Waterford Lakes mostly features large homes that are very reasonably priced. The mixed-use development offers a combination of the warmth of yesterday and the conveniences of today. The Central Florida Research Park  a campus-like environment for business. Those that desire a “university relationship” can purchase land in the Research Park on which to construct a facility or can lease space for office, office/lab or light manufacturing uses. Research Park tenants form relationships with the University of Central Florida through technology transfer, research, faculty consultations, graduate and undergraduate internships and part-time employment programs.
