It looks like a standard 2 car garage, but inside is an extra alcove, with shelving, to accommodate additional storage & totes! YES, you are noticing 2 of the 3 skylights on the roof :-) Joe's Creek to your right.
Welcome Home! Can you tell the bolts are in place for hurricane protection around the door & windows?
View towards the south east. The "pop-out" window is the 2nd bedroom.
The window on the left is bedroom #2. Notice how it juts out a bit from the house? There is a lovely seating area there, with storage underneath!
North east view
Lovely covered entry area.
We are about to enter your future home :-)
Before we go inside, here is the floor plan. The location named "Family Room" is actually the formal dining room. Bedroom #2, on your left, is currently being used as an office. You should also notice the extra storage area in the garage here. (The area to the right of the Primary Bathroom.)
Your back is to the front door. This is the view into bedroom #2. Please also take note of the vaulted ceiling and display area with lights above the 2nd door (hall bath / Jack n' Jill Bath)
Your back is to the front door, view to the right into the dining room and beyond that is the kitchen. Did you notice the skylight in the dining room?

You are in the dining room with a view into the living room. The door on the left is Bedroom 2. Did you notice the breakfast bar to your right?
The breakfast bar is behind you, view into the dining room.
Hall bath, part of the Jack n' Jill bath that bedrooms 2 & 3 share. There is a door - from & to bedroom 2, to the left of the garden tub. To the right of the garden tub is another vanity, with a single sink with make-up area, along with a linen closet and the door to/from Bedroom 3. There is also a skylight over the tub.
Same hall bath, view towards the living area.
You are in the dining room looking towards the breakfast bar. Next to the sideboard on your left is the entryway to the Primary Bedroom Suite. Entrance to the updated kitchen is through the opening towards your right.
The hall bath is to your left, this view is into the living room. Notice the vaulted ceiling? The flooring is real bamboo, not a laminate. Sliding glass doors lead you to the covered lanai and pool. The opening to the right of the sofa leads to your future Primary suit. Bedroom 3 is out of view in this picture ( to the left of the sofa)
You are the entryway to the Primary Suit, view is into part of the living room & into the dining room. The sliding doors to the lanai are to your right. This is a longer view into the full living room. Open door to the right leads to bedroom 3.
Your back is to the sliding glass door, from this view, you can see the front door, AND the entryway into the Primary bedroom. This also shows the vaulted ceilings better.

Beautifully updated kitchen with rich wood tones. Extra attention to detail is evident in this update! What you can't see in the pictures: There is ambient lighting both above the cabinets AND below the cabinets! Crown molding tops the cabinets providing for a very nicely finished look. BOTH the UPPER & LOWER corner cabinets include lazy Susan's! Talk about great use of space! There are also: slide out shelfs, slide out trash container cabinet, slide out spice rack. The range is propane gas with a griddle burner in the center. Behind you is the eating space in this kitchen.
Long view of the kitchen. Measurements: 9.1 x 20.5, including the eating space behind you. The pull out trash cabinet is the first one on your left.
From here you will notice the breakfast bar. Even though it may be difficult to notice since photos were taken in the day time, the under cabinet lights are on, both the upper and lower cabinets.
A closer view of the kitchen and breakfast bar. Here it may be easier to notice the under cabinet lighting on the upper cabinets. Yes, that is a double sink and includes a disposal. I wish you could see into the corner cabinets! Lazy Susan's in all 4!! ( the upper corner cabinets are 3 shelves and each has a turning tray style Lazy Susan, while the lower corner cabinets have the full lazy Susan's in each. )
Yes, those ARE vaulted ceilings in the kitchen, too!
Behind you is the propane gas range, view towards the eating space in the kitchen. That is a bay window past the dinette. There is also a skylight in the kitchen.
Behind you is the propane gas range, long view of kitchen.
Closer view inside the kitchen. The narrow lower cabinet, next to the corner cabinet, is a pull out spice cabinet. I wish you could see the top of the range so you could notice the extra center burners for griddle pan! If you like to cook, you'll understand my excitement about it!!
Another view inside kitchen, this one includes the fridge:-)
Breakfast area in kitchen. Bay style windows. To your right is the dining room. To your immediate left is the pedestrian door into the garage.
Now you are near the front door at the entrance to Bedroom 2. Comfortably sized 14.1 x 13.8! Notice the window seat? Under the cushion is storage. We can never have enough storage, can we? Also, the blinds are 2" wood blinds.
Another view of bedroom 2. Here you will notice the left door leading to the Jack n' Jill bath and the double door is the wall closet. The closet features both an upper & lower shelf with hanging rods.

We made our way to the garage. Yes, lots of items. But they will be out when you own it ;-) ALSO: Hurricane braces for the garage door are included.
LARGE garage. Yes, there are lots of items in here. Seller IS moving, after all ;-) Washer & propane gas dryer convey. TANKLESS WATER HEATER in the back corner. Plenty of storage cabinets. To the right of the longest upper cabinet is a storage alcove with metal shelving racks (that conveys) for all your storage needs!
We are finally in the very peaceful back yard! Covered lanai, solar lighting and low maintenance plantings. What you may not be able to tell from this picture is the new (2024) fence along that north side is actually 8' high, creating an even greater feel of privacy! The rest of the fence is 6'- all installed in 2024.
Cozy outdoor space, with plenty of room for your patio furniture. The sounds of nature are very soothing out here!
The right sliding doors are bedroom 3, the center doors are from the living room & the far left doors are from the Primary bedroom. The sail shade over the pool conveys.
Can you picture yourself relaxing in this wonderful space?
Here we have a 3600 gallon salt-water SPOOL. What is a Spool, you ask? Well, it's a cozy pool with jets at the north side. Big enough to cool of in and small enough to be easy to care for. The sail shade DOES CONVEY.
To your left- out of view- is additional decking space. The salt-water pool equipment is on that side.
Here is one view of the back yard area. Straight ahead is the 8' high fence, to your right, it's 6' high. Installed 2024.
Here is another view of the backyard. It is VERY peaceful back here. You feel like you are out in the country!
Another view of the back yard area. Notice the ground cover? Sure makes yard card easier!
Another view of the back yard.
Another view of the back yard. That is the side of the fence which is 8' ( Since there aren't any neighbors on the other sides, the fence is 6')
Oh my, I almost forgot to mention! The pool pump was recently replaced. This view shows the extra deck area on the south side of the house.
This is a north west view. Notice the propane tank? 120 gallons & is used for the range and dryer. You could consider a generator, since the propane is already here. The HVAC was installed in 2020
View north. Joe's creek to the south/east of the home.
That is Joe's Creek to the left. NO FLOODING FROM NEITHER HELENE or MILTON :-)
